6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unworn items in original condition (with tags and packaging). Non-returnable items include:

6.3 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (credit/debit) or 3-5 business days (PayPal). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges of in-stock items, we ship the new pair immediately upon return verification.
