Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Recommended for faster delivery
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unworn, with tags and original packaging).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and other reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn or damaged shoes
- Personalized/customized items
- Clearance or final sale items marked “HOT SALE”

Within 24-48 hours, our team will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
- Instructions for self-shipping returns (customer pays return shipping)
3. Package & Ship
Securely package items with original packaging and include:
- Completed return form (included in original shipment)
- Copy of your order confirmation
Note: For exchanges, clearly indicate your preferred size/model.
4. Track Your Return
Once we receive your return at our Minneapolis facility:
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing
- You’ll receive email confirmation at each stage
Refund Processing
Upon approval, refunds are processed within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days (appears on your statement in 1-2 billing cycles)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For size exchanges on in-stock items:
- We’ll ship your new pair immediately upon return tracking verification
- No additional shipping charges for same-value exchanges in the US
- International customers pay price differences and new shipping fees
Performance Guarantee
If you receive defective merchandise (manufacturer flaws in Running Shoes, Trail Running Shoes, or Walking Shoes):
- We cover return shipping costs
- Provide expedited replacement shipping
- Offer store credit bonus for the inconvenience
