Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition (unworn, with tags and original packaging). For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or damaged shoes
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Clearance or final sale items marked “HOT SALE”

Step-by-Step Return Process

2. Receive Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, our team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items)
  • Instructions for self-shipping returns (customer pays return shipping)

3. Package & Ship

Securely package items with original packaging and include:

  • Completed return form (included in original shipment)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Note: For exchanges, clearly indicate your preferred size/model.

4. Track Your Return

Once we receive your return at our Minneapolis facility:

  • Allow 3-5 business days for processing
  • You’ll receive email confirmation at each stage

Refund Processing

Upon approval, refunds are processed within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days (appears on your statement in 1-2 billing cycles)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size exchanges on in-stock items:

  • We’ll ship your new pair immediately upon return tracking verification
  • No additional shipping charges for same-value exchanges in the US
  • International customers pay price differences and new shipping fees

Performance Guarantee

If you receive defective merchandise (manufacturer flaws in Running Shoes, Trail Running Shoes, or Walking Shoes):

  • We cover return shipping costs
  • Provide expedited replacement shipping
  • Offer store credit bonus for the inconvenience
