  2. Free Shipping (for orders over $50): Delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after dispatch

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Currently, we process returns and new orders rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item (following our return process) and place a new order for the item you want.
